DESCRIPTION:This workshop will be exploring some of the causes of neck pain\, be it road traffic incidents\, poor posture\, sports injuries\, emotional stress or tension. \nWe will be taking time to review assessment procedure\, anatomy and physiology\, along with both level 1&2 strokes. \nWe will be investigating the implication of chronic neck pain has on the upper extremities\, including the Thoracic spine. \nWe will take time to find ways for our patients to re-engage with their own bodies\, enabling them to commit to any rehab\, breathing exercises\, simple movements given. \n  \nLed By: Sue Bennett \nIncluded: Tea/Coffee\, Lunch and Workbook are provided \nDress Code: Loose\, comfortable\, smart \nDuration: 2 Days \nTimes: 9am – 6pm \nCPD Hours: 16 \n
