Hendrickson Method – Iliocostalis Cervicis and Posterior Scalenes

Another in our series of short demo videos from our recent Hendrickson Method course.

When the scalene muscles become contracted through injury, they tend to develop an anterior to medial torsion. They respond to being moved in anterior to posterior and from medial to lateral. If left untreated the compression can entrap the brachial plexus and axillary artery, creating pain, numbing and tingling in the arm.
