Hendrickson Method Study Days: Chronic Pain – 2 Days

This workshop is aimed at enabling Practitioner to feel confident and able to treat people with long term pain and chronic conditions helping them to gain confidence in their own bodies, believe in that change is able to take place.

On this two day workshop will investigate and practice communication skills

• Create rapport
• Enabling your patients to create outcomes
• Enabling change to take place – with our patient in the full knowledge that it is their life: – not ours to decide “what is best for them”.
• Reviewing the thought all behaviour has a positive intention
• Exploring how we pace ourselves through the day; and with this are then able to help / enable our patients with ‘peace and resting’
• Reviewing Hendrickson Method soft tissue mobilization for the whole spine
• Discovering how we can create ‘stillness’ and ‘calm’ in our patients prior to treatment
• Thinking about muscles slings, exploring how treating the left hip can help the injured right hip or right shoulder girdle.
