Revising Hendrickson Method foot and ankle soft tissue mobilisation.

The day will be spent revising the precise foot and ankle soft tissue mobilisation, of Tom Hendrickson.

The aims of this workshop:

• Re-visiting the anatomy of the foot and ankle
• Checking in on just how small the stokes are, to be precise
• Checking in on our body posture when focusing and concentrating
• With focus on those challenging to reach intrinsic muscles.
• How to apply these techniques to the following foot dysfunction :

1. Planter fascitis and heel spurs
2. Metatarsalgia
3. Peroneus longus and brevis tendinitis and tenosynovitis
4. Hallux limitus and Hallus rigidus
5. Sesamoiditis of the great toe
6. Hammer and caw toes
7. Common peroneal nerve entrapment at the fibula

This is workshop is a full practical hands on  day
