Hendrickson Method – Erector Spinae

Another in our series of short demo videos from our recent Hendrickson Method course.

The erector spinae can be tight when a person is suffering from chronic lumbosacral pain, causing discomfort, compressing the facet, intervertebral disc, the ligament. Muscles then become de-hydrated. The strokes of the Hendrickson Method create A-P glide, gently mobilising the joints, reviving the structures involved by allowing the body to rehydrate through natural processes.
